“Estate Agents often get a bad rep. And in my experience this is often deserved. Not in this case however. From start to finish they have been an absolute joy to deal with. Particular credit must go to Ellie South. She may be too young to remember the 90's but she was professional, friendly and more importantly not a lying con merchant more interested in money than service. All of my questions were answered and if she didn't know the answer said that she would find out.
Sadly, the purchase was not to be but this is not down to the fabulous Ellie who did at least the change my opinion on Estate Agents. She is a credit not just to you bit to your profession.”
